This collage consists of photos that I took and photoshopped. I was inspired by a backpacking trip in the Manistee forest that I went on as part of my wilderness pursuits class. These photos tell a story as they allow other people to see a glimpse of the beauty that I witnessed. I was inspired by the greens and yellows that I saw on the trip and enhanced these colors as I edited the photos in order to bring out my vision. I used the color change tool on the sleeping pad in the first image because the unatural gray color decreased the naturistic mood. I also used the color change on the middle picture to lighten the color of the sky. The darker blue seemed jarring in comparison to the other pictures. For other photos I adjusted the brightness and contrast to adjust for the discrepencies between what I saw and what my camera recorded.
